Where's Jamie?

Posted on Thursday, January 24, 2008

I'm off for a few days in Istanbul so I won't be able to answer e-mails or messages in the forums. I'll be back online on the 29th of January.

Divestock listings are now public...

Posted on Monday, January 7, 2008

The latest news from Divestock is that members with registered and approved profiles are now shown in the first public listings on the website. The member listings are currently displayed in quite a basic format and they're not yet searchable but they can be browsed by country and region. This means that all members' entries are immediately visible to all the major search engines which is great for improving traffic to your site!

I will shortly be adding a second listing of websites powered by Pixaria and these entries will be duplicated here on Pixaria.com. If you've got a great Pixaria site and want it included with these, make sure you indicate you have a picture library in your Divestock profile and fill in the relevant details in your picture library profile. Provided all the information is correct and approved, you will automatically be included.

Look out for further improvements coming soon!

Welcome to 2008 and Pixaria 2.1.1

Posted on Tuesday, January 1, 2008

As we begin another year, so I've got another update for Pixaria - this time, a minor bug fix release which squashes a few issues in version 2.1.

This update addresses issues with the simple search form at the top of each page in a standard installation, corrects some formatting in the PDF contact sheet and an issue whereby administrators could accidentally disable their own accounts. Full details of the update can be found in the version history.

To get the update, drop me a line at info@pixaria.com.

Have a great 2008! Jamie
